At Kpekpe our goal is to offer you the best shipping, ensuring your package arrives quickly, safely, and securely.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic logistical companies have suffered delays. This is an ongoing situation and we are meticulously working to address any issues with delayed orders. If you should have any issues please email info@kpekpe.com for more information.

Order Schedule
The expected time frame of all orders is divided into 2 parts:

Processing time: within 48 hours(excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping time: You can expect your package to be delivered in about 8-15 days.

Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. The tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours to update on the systems. If after 48 hours your parcel tracking number location hasn’t been updated please email us at info@kpekpe.com

Delivery Method
We are unable to accommodate custom requests for deliveries, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location. Any such requests will have to be arranged by the customer with USPS after placing the order and receiving the tracking number.

Shipping Regions
Kpekpe only has the capacity to ship orders within The United States、Germany、France、Spain、Italy、Canada、United Kingdom、Australia、Brazil、Israel、Portugal、for now (Note we cannot offer the delivery to Alaska, Armed Forces Americas (except Canada), Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific).

Shipping Fees

The US (Excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and Puerto Rico):

we charge a flat $4.00 fee for shipping on all orders under $49, but orders over $49 (after any discounts) ship for free.

Shipping Damage
Kpekpe ships all products in unopened boxes, so customers will receive their products in pristine condition. If you should receive a product that has been damaged while in transit please reach out to us at info@kpekpe.com

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

About tax?
Import Tax & Duty Fees
Customers are responsible for any import or tax duties that may occur upon final delivery. Because taxes and duties are required by your country and collected by the mail carrier, we would have no control over these charges. When we ship out our orders we do our best to reduce the value of the order without breaking any rules to reduce the number of duties and taxes to help out our customers.


Sales & Use Tax
1)What is Sales & Use Tax?
Sales & Use Tax (“Sales Tax”) will be charged by applicable states of the US to customers who purchase from us. We are required by law to collect Sales Tax in those states. You will see the Sales Tax applied to your order once you confirm your shipping details and proceed to checkout.

2)How is Sales & Use Tax calculated?
1. Sales Tax is calculated on the total merchandise value net of any discount.
2.Total taxes =(Total Order Price – Discount) * State Tax Rate / National Tax Rate
3. Sales Tax charged on your order will be displayed at the checkout stage.

3)Will Sales & Use Tax be refundable?
In case of returns and/or refunds, the appropriate Sales Tax will also be refunded to your wallet of kpekpe account or to the original method of payment.
